Check‑in took far too long. They had to verify our passports twice and processed the registration two times; when I asked why, they said the first one was only a pre‑registration. The room wasn’t ready until 5 PM. They also only provide one key card per room, which makes things difficult for a large family group.

We stayed on Level 6 in a separate building, so we had to cross a bridge to reach our room, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking is chargeable, and the parking area is located some distance from the hotel, requiring a short walk.

The room was super far from the lobby. I have my husband who is a stoke patient and has to walk so far to the room to rest. I remembered I book the last round, it was very near to the lobby and entertainment area. Room super far to the restaurant etc

The room is very spacious and has a good view The room is alittle dusty and I think the sheets were not changed as there are some smell residue. The quad room which is the cheapest room is at the valley wing which are far from the main building

I would like to provide some contructive feedback regarding the housekeeping service during my stay.while the staff were polite,i noticed that room was not cleaned thoroughly.there was some dust in the room,the used cups were not cleaned or replaced,and the bed sheets were not changed on the second day.in additional the floor did not appear to be vacuumed or mopped.and the toilet and shower area were not cleaned properly. i am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve the housekeeping standards and enchance future guests experience, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION.

the location is amazing and the room view also so nice and the hotel us so cool and close to the outdoor park and connected to the shopping and restaurants areas, my kids loved the cool room design concept and decoration. the room has every thing u need and they thought about all the details in a simple economical way. love it! the only negative thing is that there is no breakfast area and/or no coffee shop in the hotel! everything you need you have to walk to the mall.

The room was quite far from the lobby, and our balcony was right next to the road. Around 3-4 AM, barking noises made it difficult to sleep. I wasn’t sure whether the barking was from other guests’ dogs or dogs outside near the road, but it disrupted our sleep early in the morning.

Location and view from the room. Not a good value for money. Charging over 200 dollars per night with minimal facilities and no breakfast. There are other good options available with lower rates in the same area.

I would like to share my recent experience regarding my stay and the late check-out arrangement. During check-in, I requested a late check-out and was informed that the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. I was told that the maximum extension without charge would only be until 12:30 PM. However, if I wished to extend my stay until 2:00 PM, I would need to pay an additional fee of over $200. This came as a surprise and was quite disappointing, as when I made my reservation through Booking.com, it was indicated that late check-out was available. At no point was it clearly stated that this would incur such a significant additional charge. I would like to highlight the lack of clarity and transparency in the booking information. This has led to a confusing and frustrating experience. I kindly request that Booking.com review and clearly communicate any terms and conditions regarding late check-out, including applicable charges, to avoid misleading customers in the future.

Not giving sufficient water bottles..thats basic necessity.. 305 ml small bottles ? reception staff denying even bottles No option for vegetarian food...in entire campus...overpriced stuff ..

Nothing. Staff is helpful and assisted me when I made an error in the self check in. The cleanliness. There are a lot of stain marks every where, walls, beds, etc. The bedsheet seems old and dirty. Legs itched a lot when I laid down on the bed. Dust can b spotted at the corner of the bed that was placed against the wall. End of the day, check out at night to drive down to check in a hotel in KL.
