We arrived late and was told that we had been upgraded, little did I know to the most amazing room with all the bells and whistles, absolutely amazing with our own shower that turns into a steam room in 10 min,. We also got a welcome teddy and fruit ?? plater that was replenished the next day, I just wish we were staying for longer, the service and staff were the best I have experienced in a very long time.if you are staying in Genting Highlands this is probably one of the best.great comfortable bed and coffee making facilities etc etc There was nothing that was wrong

Bed and shower Hotel is a good 20 min walk away from the main mall and casino. The way there is not signposted until you are literally 1 minute away from it and the maze like structure you have to go through is over 2000 steps each time. Breakfast floor is under reconstruction and despite breakfast being paid for in the booking you don't get it. Staff are unaware the floor is under refurbishment and all we got told was we have to pay for another breakfast in another hotel if we want to eat. Disgusting from a 5 star. Explore Search

The room was spacious, and the amenities were excellent. The bathroom was also spacious. It included a bathtub and a shower box. It took us a while to figure out the shortcut to the mall. Sadly, there wasn't any concierge desk. We had to ask the receptionist who also didn't have enough information to help us.

The suite was comfortable and of a good size. Was conveniently located. in room facilities were great. The breakfast was a poor substitute for this good a property. Room Service was non-existent.

lovely stay, great room and facility trainees could have been trained to understand better as I was told that there is no booking under my name upon being guided to the self-check in. and was guided to bag deposit when we asked where we can get the refund on the deposit. the tone from the trainee kind of ruin our day.
