The instructions to find your hotel is back dated and changes has been made but no one update the directions , we got lost looking for our hotel from the Mall and restaurants and took us 2 hours of walking back and forth to finally find it. It seems that staff themselves do not even know which hotel is which, let alone giving directions. Some of them do not know but still send us walking to other directions just to get rid of us for standing in front of their work place! Reception area has alot of staff but non of them were very helpful. not trained properly nor able to help anyone.

Great Hotel a great location with everything you could ever want close at hand... Amusement parks, shops, shops, and more shops, as well as endless food outlets. The scenery was amazing at that altitude Communication with this Hotel having sent messages and emails before our stay was non-existent.

Clean and convenient No place for bfast. Had to walk far.

My child likes the bed. Poor soundproof a shared wall between the hotel rooms. We were awaken middle of the night and wee hour around 3am+ during our stay, this was due to the water sound that came from the next hotel room who were probably taking shower at that time. The water noise was too loud and distracted our sleep.
