Resorts World Genting - Crockfords

We had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. We loved the complimentary drinks, snacks, fruits, and daily sweets. They even provided an adapter so we could watch a football match on the TV. Special thanks to Ash and Ashur for their excellent service and for helping us arrange our transport to Cameron Highlands. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Great staffs!

Very well built. Room looks amazing. The view not so much since it’s usually cloudy. Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t get my WiFi to work since day 1. Had to use next door’s WiFi. In house movie streaming is crap, the movie skips every few minutes. Swimming pool under maintenance. The staff were not very helpful in getting info for the SPA. Feels like they just started working.

The room's very clean and being clean regularly. The view outside from our room window was fantastic. Not that we encountered any during our stayed.

This is my second time staying there. The room is really nice. -The front desk staff who helped me with check in didn’t even smile. And, He offered me the luggage tag as check-in gift, I request him to change and reprint the name tag on it, he agreed to do it and promised to send to our room, but nothing happened. -the breakfast wasn’t good. The food quality is subpar compared the reputation of the hotel and the price.

Conveniently located, specially for families. Amazing rooms, spacious with a creative layout. Expensive, and breakfast was a real disappointment. A small egg station and another one for pancakes, waffles and French toast would have significantly improved the experience. Staff can be friendlier as well, but perhaps the relatively high occupancy during the holiday season had a role to play in the way the staff treated guests. The “mandatory” security deposit was extremely weird.

The only downside was the breakfast. While the quality was fine, the selection was quite limited compared to what we expected from a luxury hotel. It lacked variety, especially for families, and did not quite match the high standard of the rest of the experience.

Professional, friendly, welcoming staff. New hotel. Great location (if you are going to the casino). Breakfast on level 3 is the worst. Restaurant staff amazing. Food is absolute rubbish. They serve the cheapest of the cheapest food in nice plates. Instant noodles, microwave dim sum, mildly warm coffee worse than instant coffee.

The mattress was maybe too soft

Everything was amazing. The hotel pays attention to the smallest details, the staff were very friendly, everything you need is nearby of the mall, SkyWorlds, restaurants. The scent throughout the hotel was lovely and the place was extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here There was nothing I didn’t like

Best Hotels I have stayed in with an unbelievable view Nothing

Beautiful view, great room layout, room was clean and had everything we needed. The small touches made it special - the teddy bear, welcome cakes and fruits, turn down service. Breakfast was a set menu not buffet, food was ok nothing great but pricey. Would order room service next time and enjoy the beautiful views from the room instead.
