The toilet room i think its not clean enough. The room is Far far away from the other rooms. very near with store room. Whats funny. Hahah

NOTHING Bad experience, just don’t go there. It’s not the same as the picture ! ITS A LIE, I DIDNT SLEEP THERE, Any human being cannot sleep there, there is MOLD, stinks, the receptionist is bad temper. NO ONE SLEEP THERE, NO GUEST,

The bed Ac and location is great. The room had a strong sewer like odor, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Location is in city location. Near to important places in the city No window. I could have paid extra MYR 20-30 and stay at Bayview Hotel with large glass window and bath tub.

Pretty good overall, I just didn't like that they charged my card without my permission, even though I marked "Pay at the property" instead. No one bothered to reply when asked using the chat feature. Receptionists can put up at least a fake smile to welcome the customers.

In convenience location. The staff was very friendly , supportive, value of money, enjoyed great wonderful stay.

Penang's tourist areas are easily accessible. Staff are nice. There is a water disruption; notify the receptionist by phone. Fixed in two hours, but this is really annoying when you are exhausted and want a shower. Hotel also quite worn out.

The room is the same as advertised and clean. It is spacious than we expected. The building is also beautiful. There is small garden at the side of building and has parking space. Not much but wish that they provide iron in the room.

Area strategy Too small the room there is a pile at the front of the bathroom so that if people are not careful they will trip and fall. No escalator

Location They should have given the choice to pay by cash or credit card instead of fully charge my credit card for the whole period before I arrived. The noise from the neighbouring restaurant kept me up at night .

This premise have private parking. Friendly staff, the best part is the bed really comfortable. They provide me the room that I choose based on the picture. The TV channel was not function well. Can watch youtube, netflix etc but, the step to get that channel hard to find or access..
