The location is superb The car park .. i need to wait for the guard to open the barricade for me to park my car .. and sometimes the guard disappears probably to toilet or to get some food .. totally understandable

Room spacious and good. Breakfast just ok, nasi lemak - the rice keras not fully cooked, location just ok. Check in delayed reasons given the room not ready although I arrived after 3pm. nil

All new renovated room. Wood floor is clean and the toilet is brand new. Parkings are available on site. The staffs are good and helpful. Not many eateries nearby especially for Muslims.

The wheelchair access allows those with walking difficulties to get to the lobby more easily than the entrance steps. Unfortunately, the wheelchair access ramp is not signed, and its presence is not evident to those arriving at night. There was also no porter or bellboy available to offload luggage from the vehicle or assist with the room. Bags to the room was accomplished by one of the desk personnel, who did a great job and was quite helpful. In the room, the desk chair was very uncomfortable. When requesting a replacement chair and an additional chair for two guests, the additional chair was a hassock or footstool. No replacement was made. For a business traveler spending hours in front of a computer, this is not good.

liked the room as it was spacious for three pax and location was good the breakfast spread was bad, the plates and cup/source were dusty and not so clean, please improve. the parking rail (or however you address it) was bad idea as its not easy to park and exit/access to the car due to the space. the bathroom has slight faulty smell the TV had only HBO and local channels, since it was raining we were all bored as can't watch any nice movie.

I like the location because its close by the malls but it would be good if you could upgrade your rooms as when I arrived renovation work was going on and I could smell paint and the walkway carpet leading from the lift to the rooms were stained. The bedsheets were stained as well together with the towels. For a 4 star hotel you need to upgrade according to the specifics. Stained towels and bedsheets. The cupboards needs to be repaired as well.

We came for Penang Bridge International Marathon all the way from Kuching Sarawak and did not want to spend too much on hotel stay but a looking for a decent and comfortable hotel to stay. The bed was very comfy and we slept well before and after our Marathon. Location was great, near Gurney and city centre which is easy to find food. We did not take the breakfast because we want to have Penang local food outside during our entire stay. No complain. It's value for money, and our stay was decent and enjoyable.

The room was comfy and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities, hygiene products, and towels were always replenished. My stay was mostly tranquil. The bathtub was somewhat dirty when I arrived, but nothing that wasn’t easily fixed with a quick rinse. One of the control knobs for the bathtub was loose and so it didn’t function. Water kept dripping from a pipe at the ceiling into one side of the shower. Looked like the corners in there were getting moldy. Wardrobe was not fully closing due to door contact for interior lighting. The rooftop with pool is kind of barren. The restaurant is nothing to write home about.

Location is okay, not too bad, walking distance to gurney walk and Northam Cafe. The bathroom was not clean, it was clogging

Location of the hotel. On premise parking Facilities closure. Room condition is old and unmanaged.

Property was pretty good The swimming pool and the room especially on top along TV side not bright at all, should install downlighting.

Staff Everything, the room had mold smell, bed sheets had stain, bathroom had stains, even the bed had multiple patches of stain, we started feeling sick. We checked out same day
