The mattress was comfortable. The shower gave hot water. Lumpy pillows. Very basic. Feels like it may have been a nice hotel a long time ago but now only giving gloomy rooms. No bar or restaurant.

Very poor
-
Clean, polite staff and Near city centre. Not much storage space. Unable to get anything extra like another pillow.

The manager was very cheeky and was telling us that we hadn't paid yet I was trying to show her on my phone and she wouldn't listen it turned out she had the wrong information after she tried to put us out before we got in and also had booked in on line it was embarrassing as a cue had formed behind us

The staff were lovely I was given an " upgrade" as I had arrived early. My room wasn't ready. The room I got had a smelly carpet, only 2 pillows, a huge TV but no remote for it. While looking around for it I noticed how unclean the room was, a lot of dust. The ironing board was a nice touch but it was filthy. I appreciate Britannia is a low budget option but no excuses for being unclean.

How close the property was to sauchiehall street facilities & bath was comfortable. Lack of plug sockets in room for more than 1 person in a room .

Staff, especially at breakfast time. There were no mushrooms left and the kitchen assistant and chef went out their way to make them for us. Room was very dated, air con wasn't working and it was very hot in room.

Excellent Staff at reception did not know what a 'fish supper' was. Such colloquialisms should be known
