Everything was good about this hotel from all the staff to the rooms and food. Location was perfect far enough away from the centre of Glasgow but close enough to walk in to the centre.

Great that the hotel has a pool. Easy walking distance to shops. Onsite restaurant and bar were nice and the food was very good. Service at the bar was slow and inconsistent. We had dinner there several evenings and weren’t impressed with our service at all.

The clean hotel from top to bottom. The friendly staff also they look after you 100% nothing is a bother. This has been our 5th visit to the hotel in 18months and the service is always the same. Staff recognised when we returned on our 2nd visit. Really not anything .

Location was fine and the room was clean. I never slept the first night because of the noise from the motorway outside. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking as this problem is mentioned there.

I liked how quiet and spacious my room was. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering room service was simple and items promptly arrived. Great big tv and comfortable bed & bedding. Lovely big windows with blackout curtains that helped keep any traffic noise out. The pool was running a little too hot for me to comfortably swim in
