The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very generous in granting leeway when checking out a little late. Will definitely stay again.

The outside of the building is very run down and the rooms are very dated. The bathroom wasn't the best either.

This hotel is ideally set between the city center and the thriving west end. The staff was overall friendly. The room was not en suite. This was not described in the booking. They had three internet routers, but none of them worked.

Rooms a little smaller than we would have hoped for but given everything they were adequate. Place showing a little wear but was clean. Was only there to sleep afterall.

They advertise free internet in the rooms, but this presumes that your room is close enough to their router. Ours was not. Lots of email checking in the hallway for us.
