The location is great close to walk downtown and Glasgow University Parking, but the desk clerk gave directions to Parking garage and it was for all day and very reasonable.

Friendly staff Room was a bit cramped.

Good location to cafes and restaurants. Hotel was quiet and Ryan the manager was personable and very friendly. Nothing we didn’t like. Our tv didn’t work but we let Ryan know. Wasn’t a big issue anyway, more for other guests.

This was a nice comfortable stay in an excellent location - Kelvingrove Art Gallery is just up the street, with the buzz of Byres Road just beyond. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Just two things to be aware of: - there’s no air conditioning. Yes, this is Scotland and it’s not common to have air con. But we were visiting in summer and the room was quite hot at night - parking was tricky. There’s metered parking outside which seemed to cash only (tbh it’s free from 6pm to 8am). At the suggestion of the hotel, we ended up in covered parking a few streets away, run by the Gurdwara (Sikh temple) seemingly as a fundraiser. It was brilliant!

We have stayed there about four times now. Nothing has changed from our last glowing list of likes. We enjoyed it and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. N/A

Bed really comfy great sleep and shower was really good Some banging from somewhere was constant dont know if my room was near the washing machine or something but that was the only annoyance of the whole stay.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Nothing.

There was a horrible smell of floor sealant in the room that didn't go away and gave me a horrible headache. The receptionist was aware of this and still gave me the room. I should not have been given a room that is full of toxic The toxic fumes i had to breathe in

-good location for visiting university ——

Really pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Quaint building in an easy to find location. Had two flights of stairs to get to the room and I have a chronic joint disorder. I can’t blame the hotel for how it is laid out though and they weren’t aware of my condition either.
