Caftan Cave Suites

The staff are fantastic, especially Torgun, Sara and Halil The rooms are clean, beautiful, and very tastefully decorated. There's nothing I can point out negatively about my stay; everything was perfect.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Caftan Cave Suites and was genuinely sad when the time came to leave. Any inquiries I made via WhatsApp prior to my arrival were answered promptly, which made planning my stay very easy. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always willing to go out of their way to assist. When the hairdryer in my room stopped working, it was replaced with a brand-new one within minutes. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the décor was beautiful. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cool and rainy during my visit, so I didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy the beautiful terrace or take a hot-air balloon ride. That simply means I’ll need to return to complete the Cappadocia experience! I did, however, enjoy the wonderful breakfast each morning. Mia, the hotel's adorable resident dog, also added a special touch to my stay. A few minor areas could be improved. The bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup, and the shower drain did not drain particularly well. In addition, while it wasn’t a major issue for me, the stairs leading to Room 104 were quite steep and could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. I was very grateful for the assistance provided with my luggage.

The staff were so kind and helpful! Shout out to Turgun and Apo for making my birthday evening unforgettable. The breakfast provided was made with love and really opened my palate to new things. Delicious. The rooftop has great views to witness the hot air balloon sunrise. Definitely wake up at 5am to see this! I also love how they have a luxury store on the first level of the hotel. Such great quality pieces. I treated myself to a new purse :)) & there’s a dog on the property, Mia. She’s so sweet lol The drain in the sink and shower needed clearing. Other than that, great place.

Rooms were warm probably because temperatures were warmer than usual. By late October they turn off the air conditioning. The soundproofing did not block the dawn call to prayer which often woke me up.

The terrace is ammmazing (I would argue best in town after checking out many). The staff is super nice, welcoming and helpful. It was not very clean. The shower was clogged and the first morning, flooded even to the lower floor- They solved it. When the room was made it was a very superficial cleanup (i.e wrinkled bed, no thorough swiping, tea cups were not washed)

I liked the location, the views, very pretty. The staff was polite in general. I didn't like the overall experience when booking the excursions with the hotel and that the rooms were not cleaned although we had requested it.

I loved the breakfast Terrace where we could watch the hot air balloons I can’t think of any negatives about this place. Even parking which is scarce in the town was easy to find very nearby for free.

Amazing view from the terrace of the hot air balloons, ideal location! Staff are brilliant, very helpful for booking tours etc! Would recommend to visitors! Everything was perfect ?

Parking was a challenge in March (off season) can’t imagine the high season… Maintenance lodging chatter next door was quite loud at times.

Great location, the breakfast is delicious!!! The view of the terrace is amazing, you can have a great breakfast with the balloons next to you. The staff is really kind and helpful. They even let me do a early checkin without hesitation.

Excellent location close to the city centre where you have all the shops and restaurants. Friendly staff always helpful The property was not much up the hill ideal for those who wants to avoid steep walks.has nice roof top with good views . The breakfast spread could be better with some hot options

I loved the balcony for watching balloons, sunsets drinking the local organic wine watching the city light up, and such friendly and helpful staff on site at all times. Walking distance to nearly everything awesome too Nothing. Would come back in a heartbeat!
