Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Grand Rapids North

The staff were very welcoming. I got in a 3 am and left 3 days later at 4am and the staff was still very good. The hotel is near many shops too.

Room was excellent, clean and cool.

Very good considering the price paid.

Rooms were clean, showers are huge. Even though it was busy, It was a quiet, peaceful stay there. Only downside was the smaller pool, but the exercise room made up for that!

stay was fine, still cant stand using Engine for travel, engine as a service is terrible....

I would recommend this property. It was nice and clean.

Need a bar in it

The room was very comfortable and spacious! Also, the front desk staff were super helpful with my check in as I had Marriott gift cards and were experiencing issues processing them at first. They were so patient and in the end we all got it figured out. They deserve major props!

This property must be relatively new. Everything was in great shape. The person who checked us in was very nice. We did not partake of any breakfast due to our schedule, so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again.

Property was very clean. Rooms were nice. I liked that checkout is not until noon.

The pool was very small and breakfast was not good.

Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.

Every single area & staff member was phenomenal! Exceptionally clean. Even the stairwell was clean, auto-lighting, doors remained propped open (no touching doorknobs/handles). Workout area was fantastic & had everything to offer. Breakfast area was exceptional w/ the most healthy options & variety I have ever seen! Room was superb, mattress was very comfortable, clean throughout. Aesthetically, may not matter to some, but it was simple & so detailed at the same time! Gorgeous room shades, beautiful touches. It definitely makes you feel cozy like you are in a warm/clean/paid attention to space.
