Exceptional

Property was convenient, room was clean, prices were way too high at their snack shop. Pool was cold. Breakfast was good. The night gentleman Rashiid ( spelling may be a tad off) was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind.

We usually choose Hampton Inn while traveling. Our room was clean. This facility was the least favorite of all our experiences. *The elevator area; interior of elevators were stained of fluid, especially noticeable on the metal band. *Air conditioner was fair, it still felt humid. *Bathroom sink faucet had a very low pressure. *We went for breakfast at 7:40. Coffee was not hot. Waffle griddle was on and hot, but when we asked batter, the maintenance man said “the iron isn’t working today, sorry.” I told him it’s on and hot. He unplugged it. It appeared he was still preparing breakfast counter. We chose oatmeal, which turned out to be so cool the br. sugar did not melt. There was no microwave. We opted for yogurt and coffee. While in the area, we overheard other people comment the same, and others who confronted the man about the waffle iron same as us, but said It’s not plugged in…he plugged it in and then brought out the battery. ‍♀️ We aren’t the type to let it ruin our day, but we will never go back to Grand Rapids North.

breakfast was not worth talking about they said it was great and we had no eggs no bacon no pancakes no sauage poor menu and the pool was very cold and no hot tub thr shower water control. handle was left at the front desk it fell off into the shower and we could not control water as we had no faucet handle

Our room had a broken faucet and the pool needs a little upgrade but overall we were very happy
