Early morning desk people very nice and helpful

Lovely staff and the fridge/microwave and kitchenette were a huge bonus Two queens would have been better than 1 queen and a pullout bed for a family

Clean and friendly as expected.

Horrible experience. Hotel smelled, unclean and our employee had to go find another hotel room elsewhere. Expedia makes it next to impossible for me to get a credit for this reservation. I am considering other options for future reservations. Very disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia experience here.

Exceptional

The staff and outdoor spaces took the spotlight for this location. The staff were amazing and welcoming catering to our group, while balancing other guests needs. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas to relax before and after our busy day.

Room was clean and spacious. Could hear footsteps from room above. Breakfast was okay, surprised there was no fruit and we went at 8:30 and there was no forks, 1 slice of ham, 1 hard boiled egg and a couple omelets left. There were 3 of us so we didn’t eat much and went to restaurant instead. But would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good The hot tub wasnt working and I rented that hotel for the hot tub

We marked our stay as poor due to smell of the rooms. Understand this is a pet friendly hotel. If you are not aware of this hopefully now you are. We have stayed at many Home2Suites and always had a good experience. Room cleanliness was good but our first room absolutely smelled like a wet dog. We asked to transfer rooms and staff was very friendly and allowed us to change rooms. However, the second room smell was even worse and smelled like cat urine. At this point we decided to ask the hotel for a refund and we moved on. They were very helpful with addressing the refund.

Room size We had two rooms and both smelled like dogs really badly. We met some other people with the same issue.

We enjoyed the location and the size of the room. The breakfast offered was decent. We got in our room and the tub had a constant leak so we asked to be moved so the annoying drip wouldn’t keep us awake at night. The next room on floor 4 had a terrible smell that was so strong it was in our noses and we could taste it. We got offered a room a few doors down on the 4th floor and it smelled terrible as well almost like chemicals. So we asked to just go back to the 3rd floor dripping faucet room as we knew it didn’t have that terrible smell. The staff was very very nice & polite about our requests. They apologized for our trouble to have to keep moving.

Amazing Experience. Class -A- Property. Uber driver took a minute to find us.

Large room Pool closed at 10pm getting back from a concert we really wanted to swim and relax before bed. We did not have breakfast either day because we didn’t wake up till 9am so breakfast going till 10am would have been nice.
