Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites

Kids loves that the pool was warm. Property is lovely and well kept. Hallways are a bit dark, but rooms are clean, bright and nice. Would stay again.

Lobby smells weird. breakfast was gross and also not enough, no food left at 815a. I asked for a room on the ground level but they said because I booked on Hotels.com I didn't get to make any requests whatsoever. I enjoyed a loud room adjacent to the elevator and ice machine.

Great location right on the river. Breakfast had a great variety. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bed was not comfortable

Really good hotel

My stay was peaceful and comfortable. I was on business so I was not able to enjoy the pool or other amenities offered. However, the outside and inside of the property were well maintained. My only disappointment was that the fireplace in my suit would not work, and that would have nice especially if you book a room for that purpose. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We will be back here, if in town, no question.

Nice view of River. Easy location.

The walls were a bit thin. I was placed next to a family with a small child that had tantrums each night. I could hear every word they said. I announced out loud that it was bed time at 10:00 and I wished they weren't so loud and that seemed to do the trick.

Location Check in attendant very negative- told us after chatting on phone with client, “I hate people in general- I really don’t like my job” When asked if there was an area where we could go for a hike she said, “I don’t hike and I don’t like to walk anywhere” What a welcome!! I told her that I was sorry she was having a bad day. Rest of staff were kind and attentive

location, staff, overall facility Bathroom facilities for the price were unperforming, Small, not good lighting. The room only got basic services, the refresh service was not good. I think more effort is given to the rooms where people are checking out than to those who are still checked in.
