The bathroom was not clean, and the bedsheets had dark spots on them. I ended up cleaning them myself. The worst part was breakfast. When I pressed the orange juice machine, a white liquid came out instead of orange juice. I told the front desk, and they simply said they couldn’t do anything about it. I was very disappointed by their response and lack of concern. Overall, poor cleanliness and poor customer service. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The construction going on around made it hard for us to see where to park etc. also there were two different signs-Baymont and Super 8- with two doors so wasn’t sure which one I was going to register at. One door was for registration the other door was for a diner. Not sure why a Super 8 sign was there. The walls are super thin. We could hear clearly our next door neighbors and what they were watching and arguing about till at least 5 am, so not the most restful of sleeps although the beds were comfy.

Checked in to our room but there was no shower curtain installed, the receptionist brought us the shower curtain but did not put it in. The area was sketchy, there were group of people drinking and was feeling unsafe when me and my daughter trying to get food from Rib and chops Restaurant, needed to walk fast past through them.

Very old property bathroom need replacement and more maintenance.

First there where used towels in bathroom, TV didn't work, hotel has a parking garage with a low ceiling (no trucks) breakfast that was put out wasn't worth trying, staff was indifferent about my concerns, especially the used towels, all around found it to be disgusting. Also it's noted that they operate two hotels in the same building with different pricing.

It was a nice hotel I was just thrown off a little bit because of the location it was right downtown. Some construction closed the roads trying to get there. And the location seemed a little bit sketchy at night. They have an underground parking garage however I was pulling a trailer and would not fit. I was able to find parking on the street but during the week that might not be a option

Staff was very nice, but the place was completely run down. Breakfast was fine for what it was. While room had some newer features. there were plenty reminders of old and cheap including the door leading into the unit, which was so stuck when you try to open and close, that my wife could not do it. Come on, something so obvious is not addressed?

Rooms were clean, staff were welcoming, great place to stay with kids, pool is good

The floor of the room has trash and needed to be swept. The room needed to be dusted.

Dirty, staff couldn't care less, poor poor breakfast.. In fact don't even go for it. Don't stay here.

Property was tricky to find with road construction going on. We love that it was centrally located to everything downtown we needed to do. We were actually able to walk to most places. Room was very clean! Pool was nice! Parking garage height is only 6’3”… But they did have offstreet parking available

It was good, for the price I can’t complain everything I needed the breakfast was good as well. Hotel is a bit dated and the tub could use some refinishing but it was a good location at a good price with great staff

Waited at front desk for 10 minutes. Unfriendly staff. Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable beds with lumpy pillows.

The beds are hard. They also have a metal baseboard that you kick anytime you get in bed. The property had a make over but you can see the short cuts that were made. You can hear people about and below you. You can also hear people in the hallway. The breakfast is just ok, nothing outstanding. It wasn't the worst place ive stayed but could of been better. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
