Imperial Inn

Place is a dump. Panel in bathroom ceiling missing so you see the plumbing & floorboards from room upstairs. Stains on furniture. Carpet horrible. Table top dirty. About 5 trashcans sitting uncovered in smoking area outside. Room smells awful. Very dirty. Office is locked, have to ring bell & and owner opens little windows to see what you want, then will let you in. Signs posted everywhere outside to let people know there are security cameras. The owner was very helpful though.

No tv remote in room. Carpet not vacuumed. No light bulb in 1 lamp. Needed defrost in fridge. No record of payment. Charged twice then got reimbursement

People are unfriendly and tried to bill me twice. The smoke detectors were covered in a plastic bag the toilets and shower weren't clean. It was a non smoking room and smelt like an ashtray. Smelt pot all night from room next door.

I would book at another place, the pics and reviews sounds good but did not meet my expectation

Oh my God this was the worst, could not lock the inside, and check out is at 11. I was taking a shower and one guy walked into my room and began taking my stuff. I heard the commotion and was getting dressed when he and some other man barraged into my room!!!! It wasn't even 10 yet!!!!! The police were called but obviously my stuff was not returned. Moneys gonna my valuables are gone. I'm so not Happy because usually this doesn't happen but wow

The room was a home like setting which was wonderful and uncommon which I liked. The TV just needed an viewing adjustment for the brightness viewing of it.

If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no.

It was absolutely filthy Nothing the bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled like c*** The toilet didn't work. The tub looked like something out of an abandoned house or a horror movie

This motel is a dive. It is an embarrassment that Booking. Com has it on their list. The foir lick had yo be fixed while I was there, I was voncerned my car would be broken inti overnight, I didn’t feel safe leaving anything in my room, the windows were not secure, the tv did not wk properly and there were teo power outages. Nothing, it is too old and beyond repair.

I made a last minute reservation and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. When I requested a ground level room they quickly prepared one! The shower needs better flow.
