The staff were welcoming and helpful - so handy to have access to a laundry (staff provided laundry liquid). The breakfast included was generous, and catered to all tastes in our family. Secure on site parking was a bonus. The only downside was being in a room with no window you could open or have natural light. But it is a beautiful old building - highly recommend

Check in was good, the key card scanner didn’t work but the staff were quick to assist. Quiet room, smaller than expected but we didn’t need anything more. Continental breakfast was great, we had a scrambled egg and sausage breakfast burrito.

Interesting place to stay, parking was across the street or in back making it challenging to load and unload. The room had windows to the hall, unable to get the room dark at night due to the bright lights in the haul. Curtains cut part of it, however made it difficult to sleep.

Very small rooms. However, it is an old hotel so we expected smaller than average. It was a little difficult to ask questions without a front desk person available. The breakfast lady was really great and super nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It has such european charm with an amazing atmosphere and equally amazing irish pub. It is, by far, one of the best hotel stays I've had in America for the money.

I'm not sure what I think about this. Obviously it is impressive technology to be able to check oneself in. And we didn't have any real problems. But honestly it does feel very sterile and lonely not encountering a human being at the hotel the entire time. I understand it is saving your hotel money and potentially keeping the costs that you charge down. But.... We were happy that the Celtic Cowboy was open, but then disappointed that there was no food served after 9:00pm so we went hungry. In the past, the continental breakfast has been pretty awful, so we just walked over to Tracy's instead.

The hotel has lots of art and lots of character. It is also well maintained. The parking garage comfortably accommodated our large truck and 10 passenger van. That is a really nice amenity. We loved the Celtic Cowboy bar/restaurant adjoining the hotel. Adam, our server, took excellent care of our group. The food was good and the beer was excellent. They have 30 taps so there is something for everyone. We particularly liked the Big Sky IPA. The Hotel Arvon is now our go to place to stay in Great Falls.

Beautiful and unique—highly recommend! We stayed in a premier suite on the second floor. It was a spacious, interesting room. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and a close walk to many restaurants, shops, and the river. Great breakfast options were served in a cozy pub. We could hear music at 6:00 am —maybe the kitchen was below us? It wasn’t the music from the breakfast area, lol. Maybe ask about that if you’re a light or late sleeper since they have many rooms and floors. Will absolutely stay there again!

No complimentary bottled water and no cups to even get tap water. It was suggested that I go to the vending machine in the basement, which was broken. Nearest convenience store? 10 blocks and I did not travel via car. I had to DoorDash water. WATER. Blinds did not cover exterior window or hallway window, allowing far too much light in. The air conditioning unit made a loud clicking noise periodically throughout the night. The room that was chosen for me was directly next to the rear exit of the building connecting it to the parking garage. Constant door slamming. Water, blackout curtains, and near silence are bare minimum hotel expectations.

Comfortable clean room. Parking garage suits me.

Nice hotel with a great Irish restaurant next door. One of the best features is a secure garage behind the hotel

A Charming Boutique Gem with Historic Character! We loved our stay at Hotel Avron. This boutique hotel in downtown Montana is beautifully converted from a former boarding house, giving it a unique and quaint atmosphere. The halls and rooms are filled with tons of incredible artwork, which makes just walking around an experience in itself. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly, parking was easy, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. It is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Highly recommended!

Con's: Old hotel. Noisy. Rooms are small and common and over priced for a nights stay.
