Lots of Cockroaches in the room , I spoke with the front desk but they said nothing can be done, that they will come the next day to resolve it. We were not given a new room in exchanged. I killed three coachroaches, I wish I could upload pictures and videos of the room. Terrible and bad experience.

Huge disappointment in customer service

I booked and paid for our room online and then called this hotel to confirm my reservation and to let the hotel know that we would be driving pretty far to get there. The front desk representative named Dennis confirmed the reservation and stated that they would notate my late arrival. I called back again just to inform this hotel that we were 15 minutes away and Dennis stated that he gave our already booked and paid for room to someone else. This was very disappointing and upsetting that this hotel did something like this and had the nerve to apologize for something intentional. That’s one of the most disrespectful things I’ve seen in the hotel business.

Everything was great. Bring your own utensils, paper towels, & wear socks in your room or your feet will be black.

There was still garbage from the prior visitor(s) and some ants in the bathroom. We were in town for only a couple of days, and found this property that was close to the highway. Overall it was a place that served its purpose.

HORRIBLE! One set of wash cloths and towels - $10 for additional No tissue, coffe maker, no iron or ironing board, EVERYTHING COST EXTRA! Not to mention the roach on the ceiling... AWFUL!!! The staff switched my room - but looked and acted as if I was overreacting I showed her the video and said that has never happened before - okay Thank God for video and pictures. VERY UNHAPPY :( BEST PART -- hot water :)

Only the location The bed wasn’t comfortable at all

Decor and furnishings were bare bones. Thin blankets weren’t very effective at keeping me warm while sleeping even though I had the AC set to 75. The shower doors were VERY difficult to slide and the slamming doors in the hallway made it difficult to sleep. I survived but will not repeat this mistake.

I went to take a shower the morning after checking in and the shower head was leaking in several places at a severity that it had to have been reported by the last person. Towards the end of my stay, I went to call from the room's phone to get a late checkout and was met with a completely non-functional phone. After the shower head, I figured that I was definitely not the first person to notice this either.

This is the only hotel that I really checked out. I visit three times already and I haven’t stayed anywhere else

My son and I showed up at 930 pm exhausted. Oops, they overbooked and said only good luck. I don't know how it was possible, I booked the room 2 weeks ago! Really terrible experience and huge mistake on their part.

Check-in and parking was fine, but whole families live here. It was loud, dirty, and unkempt. It needs alot of work. Bathroom sink was clogged and the whole bathroom door was broken. Needs touchup paint around the whole room. None of the security doors work except at the lobby. Every other security door is broken and anyone can enter the building from any door and any time. People were handing out in the stairways and sitting in the halls. It reminded me of public housing. This is more like a motel than a hotel. I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO STAR RATING.

You get what you pay for. Still practical

I stayed at Woodspring Suites with my daughter who is disabled for a week and the experience there was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the hotel, their system was down. In addition, before leaving for our stay at this hotel, we booked a wheelchair accessible room and when we arrived at the hotel, the room was not as advertised we were given a regular room instead which did not meet my daughters needs at all.
