Although the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable the cleanliness was not great. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and shower, ice bucket and tray were very dusty, dirty towel on patio. Tried reaching the front desk multiple times by phone and going to the desk and no staff was present. Pool hours are terrible, open at 10 and close at 9. Hot tub jets are loud, no towels, again nobody answered at the desk, pool had lots of white floaties and hair. Lots of printed random signs all over that look unprofessional.

Good stay with clean rooms and kind staffs. Swimming pool can be maintained better with slippery floor and water quality.

from them, just not my cup of tea. Plus guests kept leaving their trash in the hallways, kids running around, guests next door loud at 4am, it was just alot. Plus the fridge is super small and no microwave. I gave it 3stars, but ive had better at the same rate. It was a holiday weekend so things were booked.

Loved it !My favorite part was the bed and pillows oh so comfy and comfortable.

I know someone who stayed here and she disputed having to pay the holding fee and they waived it. They didn't waive mine. Other than that and the manager who obviously thought I wasn't staying there who wasn't welcoming at all, it was a decent stay.

it's NOT a place I would go again or recommend to anyone! place looked like it was falling apart.. the main reason I went to this place because it advertised a restaurant for family to eat and of course when we go nothing is working or open. Please go to the marriott across the street from this place ,,DO NOT GO HERE

I checked into the hotel on Sunday evening and checked out on the following Wednesday. My room was never cleaned once and I had to ask for clean towels. Not nice to come back to unmade bed and wet towels on floor.

Night staff is way friendlier than the morning. Very argumentative. The hot tub could use a deep cleaning. Decent if you have kids. Alot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Ice machine on 1st floor and no microwaves in the rooms.
