After arriving there at like 5pm, I was unable to check into my room until after 10pm. I was offered free dinner at the restaurant and that's all. I should have been comped a days stay. They even made me pay for parking after waiting over 5hrs to check in.

Staff was very welcoming.The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom lighting could be better. It was a little difficult applying makeup with the lighting in there..

The reception staff were polite. Parking costs $15, and payment is quick and easy. The room was clean and new, equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, water, and a TV. The bathroom and towels were clean. Overall, everything was great. The only downside was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so all the steam drifted into the room. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Rating: 9.5/10 Excellent stay! The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that there was limited staff available during the night, especially considering it was a busy weekend because of the concert.
