Nice room with very nice view from the window. Big room with chair and desk you have place to sit and work. Feels cold at night and morning, the room has no heating. Feel old a little. Its better to take a taxi to the hotel because it's 10 minutes going uphill when you come from the city.

The room was very large. The hill is very steep from the city center. Great exercise though.

The beds are super old and matresses weren’t comfortable at all. We reserved 2 rooms and it was the same for both.

The property had a beautiful view and the rooms are very spacious. Absolutely loved everything about the hotel. A special thank you, to our tour guide and staff, Antonio. He was absolutely amazing showing us the best part of the town and our tour through the different cities. Antonio gave us a great tour providing history facts for our destinations.Antonio was attentive to all our needs at all times of the day. All the staff make you feel very welcomed and are actively responding to your messages and needs. The hotel has no elevators and the beds are a bit stiff.

The buffet food was ok. I didn't get the room with a balcony which I paid for. There was no AC. The virw wasn't good. I couldn't open the window because the entrante door was by it. Every time they open the door they would close it. They sold me tickets for a callejonada.ehen I went to the place to meet no one new bout it do I lost the chance. They didn't give me a refund.thers was no fridge I had to. Iy ice & put my drinks in a bag inside the sink.

Parking option is fantastic. The view is just incredible. Breakfast at the hotel was only so-so. The hot water takes a long time to reach the shower.

Nice and clean, room was very large and the view to the city was spectacular The noise every morning after 8am. Since our room was the one under the kitchen we heard all noises

room was a larger size location advertised said 1/2 km but was easily double that. also said hotel provided transportation to the centre in fact you had to hire a taxi. definitely not walkable to the ordinary. Taxi service was good

The bed in the smaller room was like a board. We asked for another bed, & they offered us a family suite, but charged us extra - and we had to move back to the original room on our last day. I slept on the 5’ vinyl couch. They would not refund our money so we could find another hotel. I must say the big suite was gorgeous, but no bargain. No coffee, much less food until after 9.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service was quite handy. I booked the interior room, it was old and poorly decorated, not at all like the others in the pictures. The bathroom had mold stains. There hasn’t been upkeep in years.

Beautiful View great price. The food need to improve.
