Gentleman who checked me in during the daytime over charged me from what Booking.com AND listed price was. When confronted no effort to remedy.

The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff was great. They had bottles of water and a few other drinks to purchase. Location was decent and felt fairly safe. They description says they have free bottled water dispenser there, but they never had any water in it. It was a little noisy at night, but not too late. No restaurants or stores really close except the pharmacy.

Good value and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful, even giving us a temporary light during Ecuador's scheduled power outages. Note that there is no lift, so luggage will need to be carried up the stairs. Resident cat and also a water dispenser on the ground floor were additional nice touches. Very limited toiletries in the bathroom, and the street it's on can get dark at night (no issues with safety overall though), although that might also have been due to power outages. Walkable to the Malecón but also not that close either.

They have someone to check you in all the time. I was able to get a taxi right away and see the city. Everything was good.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. It is riggt next to police station so the area is very safe. There is a restaurant in the ground floor with delicious and cheap breakfast and lunch.

Location, around 10 min to Malecon, free parking. Good option for 1, max 2 nights. During our 2 nights stay there were power outages, no lift, noise due to renovation (dont know wheter it was hotel's renovation)

Everything! Felt totally safe (police station is next to the hotel) and it’s just a short walk to the city center. Staff is very friendly. We were able to store our motorbikes in the garage while we’ve been to the Galápagos Islands. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable. WiFi is good aswell.

Stayed the second time here because it’s so comfortable, safe and perfect value for money. Stuff is incredible friendly! Make sure to try their handmade deserts, we tried four different ones and they were all so good!
