I spent 8 nights in Hotel Boutique and it was great. Nice room with comfortable bed, desk, dressing drawer, great location very close to Malecón and the center of Guayaquil. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they made coffee early for me in the morning and were helpful overall.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and the place was just like in the pictures. I'm probably coming back when I travel to Guayaquil. The sheets could have been a bit cleaner. Also the room smelled a bit like as if it hadn't been opened in a while so maybe air it a little before the guests arrive.

I will not recommend this hotel for anybody, specially a family. the atmosphere, this is not a hotel, this is a hotel for couples looking for a intimate time, not a hotel for a regular traveler

Close to the main attractions. It’s dated. The bathroom door didn’t close. The 1st day, the bed sheets were not clean. There was hair all over! We needed to ask for new bed sheets.

Nice, stylish hotel, especially for the price. The beds are big and comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. The staff are really nice, they even agreed to store our luggage for much longer than normal. Thank you! The bathroom needs a touch of work, and the drainage needs fixing.

The assistance was great, The staff provided everything needed, and they were very friendly. I was with a group of tourists and everyone was at ease.
