Incredible location - easy walking distance to the beach, restaurant options, traditional market street. Beds were comfortable and room had plenty of space for luggage / etc. Staff were friendly. Cool view from the room and it was very quiet - never heard our neighbors. The bathroom is due for a refresh / remodel. There was quite a bit of wear & tear and spottings of mold.

Our selected room was all windows facing east(which was wonderful) but the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows so as soon as the sun was up it was right in our face. And, In our suite, there were two available plugs.

Location and ocean view, even a side view off the balcony were just great! Our room was clean, spacious, AC works really well, and separate sink area outside the bathroom was very helpful with 3 people sharing. It was also great we were able to store our luggages after check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Too much water splashing out due to short shower curtain for the bathtub. Wished they didn’t have the folding bed in the open closet area when not needed because it was too in the way to access dresser drawers and hangers.

1. Super noisy till 2am every night due to the night activities in the city centre, impossible to sleep 2. Very strange bathtub design as the room was renovated from an old hotel I guess, the water spill out from the shower and there is nothing you could do. Don’t go there!

Very nice hotel and in a great location. There are many food and drink places to choose from as well as Convenience stores and coffee shops. Haeundae Beach is 3 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel lobby is on the 9th floor which means you have to haul your luggage up to check in and check out, kind of weird but was fast. Great value for money spent on a clean/safe hotel. Could hear the noise from the main street but that is where the action is

Good location Loud outside music could be heard on the 11th floor. The shower set up was bizarre. I had to create barriers so that the bathroom didn’t flood. No room cleaning for 3 nights. I was only provided with clean towels and the trash cans were emptied. It took the elevator a very long time to respond. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Pet friendly, Location and value for money In the bathroom, the shower area is inside the bathtub only, and water can flow out of that area, so some parts of the bathroom floor may get wet.

We were able to walk to get food, to the market, beach, etc. The massage in the hotel was the best I've ever had.

This hotel had a mixed bag of experiences. While it was extremely dated, it surprisingly offered a comfortable stay. The hot tub was barely functional and not the cleanest, but it wasn’t necessarily dirty either but you could tell its age. My main concern was the massive billboard that blocked about 80% of the advertised “ocean view.” However, it did provide some privacy, and there was still a small view. The staff was very polite, and I ultimately enjoyed my stay. The advert to the property is a bit misleading not mentioning the major obstruction to the ocean while it is promoting its “ocean” view.

The location was perfect near the beach and market and shopping convenience stores. The view of the beach was amazing from the room. The lobby and hallways were a little cold and dated. The wallpaper and little details in the room needed attention but otherwise was really nice and comfortable.

Our group consists of 4 adults. Wish there were more electrical outlets in the room.

The location was great, the room was quite spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. prices during special weekends skyrocket—not just at this hotel, but across all accommodations in Busan. I would have enjoyed my stay more if I had paid the regular rate, rather than over 200,000 KRW per night
