The room is clean Breakfast is fantastic. The mattress is too saggy and sags too much; it causes back pain when I sleep on it.

The location is excellent, with shuttle bus service available to escal plaza. Staff is nice. I had an injury during the stay, and staff Himu is very caring and offered a lot of help.

The staff (special kudos to Himu) provided exceptional service. Our arrival was smooth thanks to pick-up at train station and shuttle to Goryu base for ski rental (Hillside). The ski and boot room at Hotel Montblanc and location right on the bus route made the logistics of managing ski equipment and getting to different mountains easy. Himu was very generous with information and support, the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate a dietary need, and management was very accommodating to the shifting plans of our friends. A wonderful stay!

Anice and Faima were so very helpful. Anice went out of her way to help us find a missing luggage. She and her son spoke English which was helpful. The hotel itself is a 2 star but the service was 5 star. The breakfast lady was so nice too. Loved the location to the ski lifts as well. Buses were convenient.

Incredible location and staff. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The bus is easy to take from here and there is a great dry room downstairs for putting your ski gear in. We will come back every year

Very nice stay with excellent customer service. It was great having such helpful staff while visiting somewhere completely new. Helped us with the details of our visit including all transportation and lift ticket needs. Generally a very welcoming and pleasant place to be!

The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The accommodations were comfortable. It felt community-forward. The breakfast was good. Convenient location for Goryu especially. There was plenty of food nearby. The dryer room for the ski equipment was excellent. Nothing. I will absolutely be staying here again whenever I come back to Hakuba.

Cozy lounge and comfortable tatami mats to sleep. The provided breakfast was delicious and convenient. The staff was super accommodating and never hesitate to answer our questions about Hakuba iteneraries. Everyone working there are very friendly and always available to offer help. Bathroom is a bit small and washing machine is located in a small dark room. After washing the clothes, there happened to still have a sweat smell.

Place is a little dated but everything above made up for it. Price was kind of high in my opinion but in line with the rest of the area

Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Location was good for walking to restaurants and accessing Hakuba Goryu for skiing.

The staff were fantastic and Annis went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. The hotel offer discounted lift tickets and ski hire and will transport you to most locations and pick you up and drop you off when you are arriving and leaving. Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mont Blanc in Hakuba Goryu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Anis, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us with many of our questions and travel needs. Her kindness and support truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel also offered chauffeur services by Sakura San which was a huge bonus. Being driven to various locations around Goryu made getting around easy and stress-free, especially after a long day on the mountain. The location is fantastic, very close to the ski mountains and extremely accessible to a variety of food spots and ski rental shops. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of skiing. Overall, Hotel Mont Blanc delivered excellent service, convenience, and comfort. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba Goryu! No

We had very positive experiences with this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was equally clean. The hotel also provided free western style breakfast, which was tasty. The staff were very considerate and friendly. The hotel also provided free shuttle to the ski resort and nearby 7/11 , also added convenience to our staying.

That we had to leave. We really wish we spent more time here.

The property definitely needs a facelift, the rooms were very basic, we were a little disappointed when we compared this place to rest of the accommodations we had in Japan. The Onsen was small and had lots of dirt on the bottom, which was not very relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was very westernized and simple.

The staff were so friendly, they welcomed us, helped us up to our room and made sure we knew where we we going. Jun (?) on the front desk even helped us book our transport for the end of our stay. The kitchen staff were always welcoming and happy to say hello and talk about where they snowboard. The breakfast was a variety, but I loved the continental selection. It was a bit of a walk to hire shop, but in hindsight, we would have been better to go to the Plaza and hire from there. So other than that, just getting to the snow, if you don’t have your own transport, you are beholden to the bus timetable. This worked fine for us.

The breakfast was fantastic with the loveliest staff. They also picked me up from the bus stop which was fantastic as it was snowing quite hard at the time. Everything met exactly what I needed. Room was warm, quiet and cosy. I didn't have any complaints.

Good and Japanese with ski timeframe (before 8:30) vending machine empty after 5 pm

Amazing staff very helpful and kind, 24/7 onsen Free shuttle bus, free laundry and amazing Japanese style breakfast in the morning Very close to the ski resort walking distance Unfortunately the room we was in was very dusty, and the hotel only had 1 male toilet to share amongst many customers which was a hassle.
