The breakfast was okay. Location is very close to the central station and u-bahn station No soundproofing in the room, we could hear someone turning on tv at 6am. No noise from the streets though ? Also the area around the hotel is very dirty with lots of trash lying around, did not expect that so close to the center.

The building was lovely and the rooms were spacious, the complimentary coffee was a great addition and the staff were all extremely lovely

Very helpful and kind staff. Comfy bed. Good room heating. Nice shower. Cosy Not as clean as I'd like. Some of the streets around the hotel aren't pleasant so I actively avoided walking them. Shower water would sometimes randomly change temperature for brief periods.

The hotel was cute, small, quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and respectful and remembered my name. Breakfast was lovely, breakfast staff was hospitable and kind. Location was great. I would definitely book again.

It’s very clean and well maintained, almost spotless. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to details. The proximity is a plus! Such a great stay! The area the hotel is located in is quite seedy and intimidating for a solo traveler especially in the evening. My friends took turns to send me back when they heard I was staying in that area.

The hotel was convenient to the train station. This hotel, even though it is lovely and close to train station, is in a dodgy area and we felt nervous walking to the hotel particularly at night.

The people. No hot drinks in room and the noisy gate crashing throughout the night. Not the hotel's fault, though!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The location was not great. We didn’t have any problems but it was a bit rundown and the area was not clean. There is no air conditioning which was fine for our stay but if it was hot, it could be uncomfortable. The rugs and furniture was well worn.

Really beautiful and extremely clean hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room number 45 was perfect for three adult persons because in addition to a very spacious room, there was a separate bedroom for one person.

Beautiful old house. Friendly staff. Complementary water. Nice breakfast. Area was a little rough. It was a little less luxe than the marketing implied. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room
