Hotel Fame am Hauptbahnhof

I had an unacceptable experience at this hotel due to a severe bug infestation in the room. Finding bugs is a serious health and safety concern. I strongly advise guests to avoid staying here until management conducts a proper professional extermination.

Extremely disappointing stay. Broken furniture, bed bugs, old and worn-out towels, no toiletries, insects in the room, and generally poor maintenance throughout. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Germany. The only advantage is the excellent location near Hamburg Central Station. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely never stay here again.

Worst place where I was staying at night.

The location was close to the train station. The room was extremely dirty and smelled very strongly of fresh paint. There were no curtains, the room looked nothing like the photos online, and it was impossible to sleep there comfortably. The whole place felt poorly maintained and not suitable for guests.

Location. It was literally by the Hamburg Hbf Oh my world! Everywhere was dusty, windows had curtains that felt like you were in war torn regions. Then the spring beds was literally spring without the mattresses/foam. Also, the hall way was stinking to the high heavens (because they left the trash container by the hall way). Never had an experience this bad. No toiletries besides one towel and toilet papers

The bed was full of bedbugs, and the room dirty. I wake up with my body full of bites and found bedbugs in the bed. I left the hotel asking for a refund and they promised one, but never replied to my requests for a refund. booking is looking into it, but will not refund me without a response from the hotel.

Nothing. I woke up with army of bed bugs eating me up, had ben pitten all over, had to throw away all my clothes and bags i had with me! Room was at the top floor once you go out of stairs left to end and the door on right. Everything was dirty but i had no money to relocate. The bed bug part was the worst! Everything

Nothing really. We had to go to the reception of another neighboring hotel. The hotel didn't meet my expectations. In fact, we didn't even stay in the room; we had to request another hotel. The hotel felt more like a motel, a place for sex. There was toilet paper everywhere, several rolls on the dresser. We didn't like it and left. We didn't get a refund because the reservation wasn't refundable, but even though we knew that, we preferred to find another place. I don't recommend it.
