The receptionist was nice and helpful. On a rainy day, he lent an umbrella to us. The location is central. The hotel does not offer many facilities. However, the room is large and beautiful, and the location is central. Therefore, the hotel provides excellent value for money.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, which made the experience even more comfortable. The room was clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt relaxing after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout the stay. The facilities were also good, and the common areas of the hotel were modern and welcoming.It was a nice way to start the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price, combining comfort, cleanliness, and good service.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again in the future. The room was generally clean, but it felt a bit outdated compared to what I expected from the photos online. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, and the sound insulation could have been better, as noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was noticeable at night.

Location only Everything else. It was dirty and in bad condition in the room. The staff was not there at any time of our stay so we did not know where to put our key at check out. Also I was very very noisy, doors were smacked all night long and the worst of it all was the U bahn made noise every other minute (and it was VERY loud) so we almost did not sleep the entire night. Would not recommend.
