The location, the hotel, the standard, the staff, parking, the hotel rooms. Great accessibility to the city center. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Not applicable. Everything was at a very high standard.

Fantastic location, quite unexpected. Exceptional hotel in an affluent area. It is very easy to travel into the town center by public transport or walk. Great for breakfast and lunch. Nothing to comment on.

The location is excellent, with very cozy rooms, beautiful building and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also park at the hotel which was a big plus for me. The room was a bit hot in daytime/summer but that's expected with no AC.

Staff are more than helpful from the earlier check in to the slightly later check out. From the start of the day with e very good breakfast, to the room cleaning and tidy up staff more than helpful. All were as we required from the hotel room, bathroom, breakfast, reception and all the overall trip and experience. No issues to complain about.

Located in a wonderful and calm part of town(off Rothenbaum Chaussee/Eimsbüttel). Old villa with charming interior. The hotel is family owned and has this feel. People are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Small own parking in the backyard and little pleasant garden with seating. Interior is nice old school and wonderful breakfast room. Small library. If you like modern decor it is not really your place.

An elegant neighborhood, a bus stop very near the hotel, very good breakfast noise from an adjoining room and from the service room which was right next to my room

The location and the building. Being taken up everyday at 6am because the room is apparently under a room used by the staff (kitchen? Other?)

Good location, nice distance to Alster - walking and morning jogging area. Absolute-clean bathroom and nice traditional atmosphare. Nothing to declare:)
