Location The hotel we booked was full so we were moved to another one. The hotel was on a noisy street with our room overlooking the street. The hotel we originally booked did not overlook a street with traffic. The hotel we were moved to was also further from the railway station- the reason for our original booking as my wife cannot walk very far.

Breakfast fair, location ok! Terrible experience, choose another hotel. We discovered in the morning that our daughter had slept in a bed full of bed bugs. We showed videos and pictures to the man at the reception, who first said that he couldn’t do anything since the manager was asleep at home and he didn’t want to wake her up. After much back and forth, we were promised a 30% refund, which we said was far too low. Almost two weeks later, we still haven't received any compensation, and the hotel is not responding to emails. We have stayed in many different hotels in Hamburg, in similar locations and price ranges, and this was the “low point” so far. Uncomprehending staff, terrible service, and promises of compensation that have not been kept. Additionally, it was extremely hot, with no AC and no possibility to borrow fans. Stay out!"

1- The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the main station and there are restaurants in every direction. 2- There is a small elevator. 3- There is a safe and all the necessities. 4- Clean, and no insects. 5- The breakfast was sufficient. It was included in the rate of the room. 6- The staff was friendly, Koosi was great ???. The space was a little crampy, making it a bit difficult to open the luggage, but I guess that is what you get for a single bed room.

Basic hotel where you get exactly what you need and expect! Friendly staff and located very close to the central station which means you can get everywhere quickly using public transport (or walking).
