Convenience of access 1. Need for bidet hose in bathroom 2. Need for help to carry baggage up the stairs to Level 1. 3. No clear signage as to location of Reception desk on arrival.

Location. Very easy to get to from Hauptbahnhof. And lovely to have Botanical gardens nearby. Staff v friendly. Great breakfast.

An overall excellent experience, beautiful room with balcony, great staff, amazingly central and easily accessible, surrounded by a beautiful part of the city. I would book here again any time! The single bed was very comfy, great bed, but just a bit small if you're tall and like some space.

The staff were lovely – courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the city centre, and in a pleasant, safe area. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet; a decent chair and desk were useful, and the lighting was good. The breakfast was exceptional. My only suggestion is that there be a kettle and a mug in the room, even if guests have to bring their own coffee or tea. Otherwise, I can't think of anything to improve.

The check in experience was great. Fast, easy and then we were shown to our room (usually have to go to it myself) and told about some facilities on the way. Room was clean and had a green inner courtyard view.

Location was very good within walking distance of the Alster and train station. Good restaurants do cafes were also in the neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The lift is very small and the shower temperature was inconsistent.
