The breakfast was great with a lot of options, hotel was located in a good central place making it easy to walk to most attractions log line at check in and we weren't told about needing to use the room key to make the elevator work.

Bed was very comfy, the lighting and furbishing in the room was nice. The breakfast was rather plain for a hotel of this size.

Great location, right by the Speicherstadt and Chocoversum Hamburg. Altstadt is also walkable distance and it is also close to the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast choice was great. The area is nice with lots of restaurants nearby. The family room was very small for 4, hardly had any space to put our luggage. The 4th bed was an extra they put in, which made the room even more crowded.

Leaving Extremely disappointed with staff, booked and paid for a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We ended up getting a room with just one double bed, when we went down to reception they offered free breakfast to which we declined as we were not planning on eating in the hotel. We were then told that on check out day we would receive a €200 discount on the room (from €392.28 to €192.28) but on the Sunday, the day we checked out, they said that they could not refund us this money. What an awful thing for a hotel chain worth millions to treat their customers like this. Never staying in a Premier Inn again!

Great location, within walking distance to some sites, like the Miniatur Wunderland and excellent restaurants. We wish there was a mini fridge, all else was good.

Great location, great breakfast, good beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff. We stayed on a hot day and there was a problem with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful in coming to a solution.

The bathroom was good with a nice sized shower. Had tea and coffee facilities in the room. The mattress was awful, I could feel the springs and it sank in. Some staff were good, but in general they were not very personable.

Perfect location, great value for money, comfortable hotel. Our room was a bit warm at night, although the AC was at lowest temperature
