Very Cozy place, beautiful location. It was more feeling like a home than a hotel. Service was not very good. Young unexperienced staff. Breakfast was very simple. Room was extremely cold with no changable system. Also rooms were quite noisy as the doors were normal bedroom doors.

I chose this hotel as I was travelling alone for a business conference and it was 20 min on foot from the convention centre. What surprises me is that it is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area. Breakfast was delicious! Team is amazing. My room was tiny little, but expected as booked for one person and pictures did justice.

The shower was really nice (good pressure, good flow, two shower heads) and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, The location is perfect for anything in the CCH. The room was small, noise from the staircase was audible and the bed was nothing special.

i checked in after three on a Sunday and they forgot to email me the code to the box with my key card and room details. called the number provided and a central phone system informed me they would send somebody and would take an hour for them to arrive. I was lucky other guests who had received an email and code from the hotel were able to share with me how to get my room card. Wrote to their email and never received a response or apology. Shame they don’t have a better system. check in experience

at the checkout date the front desk clerk wanted me to pay for the city tax (no surprise there). But when I gave him cash he refused to accept it. According to him the management has instructed staff to no longer accept cash, not even for 12 EUR of city tax. I find this highly problematic, as cash is the only universal, non-discriminatory form of payment available to anyone. Also, if they have such rules, those must be communicated *before* a booking is placed, so the guest can decide at that point to look for an alternative hotel with less obnoxiuous policies. Instead, the booking.com listing still lists cash as a payment method even today :(

Beautifully furnished apartment, very warm and welcoming atmosphere overall. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. I would have loved to stay longer than only one night.

Spacious room, clean, comfy. Magazines at room. Darkening curtains. Quiet neighbourhood. I could hear the speech from the next room. Breakfast overpriced - only few options, some slices of each product, vegetables run out etc.

Liked the proximity to the exhibition centre. Rooms are fairly updated and things are in working order. Elevator though small is working and never broke down during my 5 days stay. Price during the period of travel was high without breakfast included. Had to keep windows closed due to bees entering my room and woke me up at 5am.
