Clean and spacious enough room and bathroom in a quiet area. Good light and mattress. Easy to walk to public transport and shops. Nice but basic decor. No tea/coffee making facility in room and although there's a cold drink and snack machine downstairs there's no machine for hot drinks. Staff was a bit informal. There's a code to enter the main front door when locked which is the same as for your room which is a disadvantage when there's somebody behind you who can see you introduce it.

We had a very positive experience. This modern, functional budget hotel in the Harburg district is exactly what you’d expect from the B&B chain: clean, straightforward, and great value. Everything was spotless. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and everything functioning as it should. We appreciated the bright, clean bathrooms and the overall fresh feel of the property. The reception team was friendly and helpful - quick check-in, polite, and responsive to any questions. We found the hotel very quiet at night - perfect for a good night’s sleep. It also felt safe and secure, with good lighting and a solid overall setup. Note that parking is charged (around €8 per day) and dogs/pets are also charged an additional fee. This was expected for a hotel of this type, but just good to know in advance. We’d recommend it as a reliable budget option in the Harburg area. Would stay again. -

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhof Harburg und an einer Hauptstraße. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zur Seite der Wohnsiedlung und daher war es schön ruhig. Die Gegend ist auch sehr nett, Neubausiedlung, ein Gym und ein Edeka. Mit der SBahn ist man schnell in Hamburg. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und wie immer muss man eine extra Gebühr zahlen, ohne dass man irgendwas dafür bekommt (Napf o. Ä.). Hunde dürfen nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum und müssten auf dem Zimmer warten oder man muss in der Lobby frühstücken.
