The door keys didn’t work. Locked out of our room while waiting for door knob to be replaced with batteries. Alarm went off we were disturb from our slumber had to leave hotel in the middle of the night with our children

The staff was very friendly and offered us a crib and extra pillows. The breakfast was great and my kids loved the pool. Definitely will be back.

There isn’t much that I liked. This location definitely doesn't compare to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at! Staff was rude and not helpful upon check in & check out , rooms are old, outdated, fan in bathroom broken and room & bathroom were not very clean & furniture was all marked up .. ice machine broken.. soda machine broken.. Would never stay or recommend this location. As a multi business owner I travel alot and was highly disappointed with this location. The quality is definitely not there compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at and the price point charged is not worth it!. Doesn’t make me want to stay at another Hampton Inn anytime soon. Was definitely a waste of almost $500!! Only thing I liked about our stay was the close proximity to the things we were doing..
