Very nice staff and flexibility.

I wouldn't recommend it…i book the room two double queen bed and i set it up to pay at the property we never check in yet they run my card on file. And then when we get there to check in they want everyone id whoever's guest or person will sleep in the room and the staff is in a rush because he needs to go home very poor service and their conditions is very disappointing..

I had roaches in my room and water from AC run all over floor. Where is though I had a BIG water puddle in middle of floor. Other then everything else was ok

The place had an unpleasant smell, and it was not maintained well. We ended up just checking out. The staff was helpful though but I would not recommend the place due to the condition of the hotel.

Nothing, never stayed there because the place had no reservation for us. Had to go and stay with family for 2 days Everything

When I arrived at approximately 1:00 a.m. to check in, I was informed that only two of the three rooms I had reserved were available. This was extremely frustrating, especially after traveling late into the night and expecting the accommodations I had confirmed in advance. The only staff member on-site at the time was the security guard. He was very friendly, courteous, and did his best to assist us. However, because he was security and not a concierge or front desk associate, he was unable to resolve the reservation issue or provide a meaningful solution. While I appreciate his professionalism, the lack of hotel staff available to address such a significant problem was unacceptable.

Called on Friday to confirm my reservation and was told I did not have one. I then had to make a reservation somewhere else. To now see that I was charged makes me very upset.

They didn't give me a king bed. There was only two paper thin pillows. Remote to tv did not work.

The staff were amazing. The gnats all over the room. The refrigerator not being cold, had to throw some groceries away, the freezer being extremely cold over freezing food. The kitchenette burner not working actually sparked on me

The carpet was dirty. The elevator was always down. The employees couldn't hang out with the guests on off days or after clocking out of work. The employees have one or more rooms. The manager Rachel was spreading lies about me and my husband after we left. We will be suing for slander.

Very poor

Good bed, great fridge, nice staff (when they were there). Everything was damp and very poorly maintained. No dishes in the “kitchen”.

The carpet on the floor was filthy and dirty the paint was peeling off the wall my husband and our room week of urine the shower was not clean we had to go downstairs and ask the reception for spray this how bad the room smell of urine and smoke

Hallways and carpet smelled and was unclean .couldn't find ice machine

Worst place ever. Smelled like animals . Carpets so nasty. Bugs . I paid and didn’t stay. Had to get a room somewhere else . Was thankful I could .
