Hallways and carpet smelled and was unclean .couldn't find ice machine

Worst place ever. Smelled like animals . Carpets so nasty. Bugs . I paid and didn’t stay. Had to get a room somewhere else . Was thankful I could .

Beware, this is a very run-down, smelly, dirty property with bare-bones amenities.

Floor need carpet

It was close to some restaurants and my event. The front concierge was polite. The room and hotel smelled like mold. They insisted on coming into my room to exterminate.. So all I keep thinking about was roaches and other bugs. I'm usually not picky with hotels but I have to be now. They went downhill

Lobby Area and Adjacent Hallways smell absolutely awful and the carpet are stained brown. Room smelled like bleach and had orange residue on floors. Kitchenette was working and other amenities were fine.

Great service and staff was amazing

TOO NOISY. DOORS BLAMING. DIRTY HALL CARPETS. NOT RESTEAD LITTLE SLEEP.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant Dirty carpet looked like pets urinated on it offen and the elevator was out of order I was on the 3rd floor I have asthma that's ridiculous

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not have stayed one night if it wasn’t so late after a long days drive. We did not stay for the second paid night. We should have turned around when we could see the condition of the carpet walking up to the front door. At first we thought maybe they had a flood on the first floor but the hallway carpet thru out the building was blackened with dirt and the odor or urine. The room that was listed as non-smoking wreaked of cigarette smoke and the walls, doors and cabinets were damaged. Fortunately, we stripped the bed to check and the only positive we can give was “no bed bugs”. We are going to request a refund for night two we did not stay and checked out early.

Carpet filthy, rooms missing basic stuff like lampshades, tissue holders, no coffee pot elevator didn't work for 5 of my seven days and I'm disabled and asked for 1st floor as stairs were alot for me

Exceptional

carpeting in hallways was disgusting, elevator was out of service, condition of bathroom was poorly painted with drywall patchwork sub par: this place needs to be renovated. otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean.
