I like how nice and respect they was and they're rolling to give me back $120 if you guys contact them because I did pay the whole $400something to stay there because you guys cancel out my booking before I got there to pay them dislike that I had to pay extra hundred dollars and nobody give me that $120 back and I just like that when I got in the room I had to wait for that on everything everything was filthy walls toilets everything that I was so tired I passed out on the bed cuz I was up 24 hours and by the time I woke up I noticed how nasty and disgusting the room was I bought bleach and clean everything

The room was dirty, trash, crumbs and snack wrappers in several areas of the room. The tub is outdated and raggedy. The furniture looked extremely cheap with chairs with little cushioning. My television needed to be restarted. I called front desk at 7:59 and was told I would be helped “in a few seconds”. An hour and a half later I called back because no one had been to assist. I was then told it would be about 30 minutes. I left the facility close to midnight. This was not worth my money. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Horrible smell, just filthy filthy EVERYTHING. Most uncomfortable beds and pillows. We checked out the next day even though we paid for multiple days. Just gross.

Bare minimal snacks & comfort level with bedding & furnishing, staff ok, location fair, "everything" dirty & falling apart from ceiling to floor, parking lot was only thing clean. So, price was one of cheapest in area, and no deposit required was a plus. Honestly everything

Everything was horrible

Ac No breakfast, and no swimming pool. Lack of any food, just bananas and make your own waffles. You can see from far how the swimming pool is dirty. Also, small beds, no cribs for children or pillows when requested. Additionally, bathroom suffers new renovations including the fan doesn’t work. Lastly, a 16 years old receptionist! Not worth it. You still sign before entering the room ( while paying) that you can not change your mind after you see the room . No refund. I have never seen this!!

Nothing. The hotel was in poor condition. Filthy bathroom and gap between doorframe and door letting outside air in.
