Got to my room. Microwave didn't work and the door didn't lock. Switched rooms. Refrigerator and ac unit leaked water all over the floor.

I didn't stay at this hotel they could not accommodate my request of sofabed in room. Didn't charge cancellation fee due to the fact no sofabed. We couldn't stay, didn't find out until we went to view the room.
