Pool was hot could not swim. Room was dirty. Water was off from 10 Pm till 5Am. No ice machine working.

Horrible hotel, but the hotel staff was understanding and tried their best to make it right.

Upon check in the bathroom had not been cleaned. Asked the front desk staff THREE times to have it cleaned. They sent someone who only cleaned the toilet. The staff couldn't have cared less. Carpet in the room was filthy. Property is in serious need of refurbishment. Very disappointing as other Hiltons were much, much better. I'll think twice before I ever stay in a Hilton property again.

The room was your normal room. However, when we arrived there was absolutely zero hand soap by the sink, about 1/8 of one roll of toilet paper and the ice container had sitting water at the bottom and mold growing. Completely disappointed.

Not the best we will stay at a holiday inn next time

It was not clean at all. I was very disappointed with the room. The first room we were given was completely disappointing. Walking in the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed was not made and the pillows were on the lunge chair. The second room we were given only had one roll of toilet paper that was about to run out. There was no hand soap at all. I had to go to the front desk twice when arriving. All the money we paid was definitely not worth it. The location was dirty. I’ve been to many Hiltons and this was very disappointing

It was great everything was almost perfect , 2 things I did not like were the stains in the bed sheets and the fact that my toilet would not flush, aside from that, everything else was pretty good

The hotel could use an upgrade. The lobby area look new and refreshed, however, the rooms were outdated.

The staff was amazing and helpful, especially considering that I was there because of a storm that it came through and was not able to be in my own home the room was clean. The food was great. Everything was good. I loved my stay there.

The microwave wasn’t cleaned out. The bathroom the water has constant little drip

Location Customer service could have been better at front desk. Restaurant services was good. Wasn’t informed at check in jacuzzi was out of service.

No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. When I checked out no questions about how was your stay, do you need anything. Again no comment about breakfast in the restaurant. All interactions seemed perfunctory.
