Staff provided excellent services. One of the staff members took on his own by taking me to the shop nearby at night. The property was very close to all the shops and within walking distance To have more bakery treats in the afternoon and coffee.

Stayed in the Owners suite, which had a nice large balcony. Superb breakfast. Refreshing pool. Window soundproofing could be a little better with outside construction and highway noise. To be expected in Hanoi, unfortunately.

The staff made sure that we had vegetarian options at the breakfast. The location is at the center of Old quarter, which is a prime location in Hanoi, walkable to all spots. Hospitality by the staff was 5 star ! They arranged a cab back for us to airport knowing we had slight issues with the soundproofing of the room. We were travelling with 2 kids and had booked connecting rooms but they were already given out to another family. So we had to stay in 2 separate rooms. Not much of an inconvenience but not what we had booked.

The location is very good, quite near everything you need, room was very big, toilet was very clean, staff are friendly and overall experience was nice The breakfast was not the best, it needed more variety and could need an upgrade

Location was awesome. Room was nice and the staff were amazing. Not much more else to say - but thank you for a wonderful stay in Vietnam. I only saw one thing that could be improved on - the lighting in the elevator was awful. It was really really hard to see the numbers.

Staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived through all interactions with every area of staff throughout our stay! Clover was outstanding and checked us in and walked us to our room. Anything we needed durig our stay was bvrought to our room within minutes. The lighting in the bathroom could be a little better (or elsewhere in the room for make up application purposes) but overall room was great and comfortable. The gift we were given upon checking out was so very thoughtful and will always be treasured by us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel with wonderful and very professional staff. Right in the centre of the old quarter, with a cute swimming pool, a decent breakfast, and a good gym. Will definitely repeat if I am back in Hanoi. :)
