Only location. Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, led to back pain. I had to sleep on floor. Negligible breakfast option, no buffet, need to order and wait for years. No access to top floors by elevators.

The location is great for the first timers visiting Hanoi. The hotel is walking distance to major attractions. Room is spacious and has comfortable bed. The staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Calvin (receptionist). He always makes sure our stay is comfortable. He even helped me pull off my surprise to my mom and husband. We recommend this hotel for their great service. Bathrooms can have some improvements.

Location and service staff Cleanliness was poor - dirty suspicious stains which I removed from the wall myself. Bar fridge that didn’t chill. Breakfast buffet was very basic, and decade more limited, when occupancy levels decreased.

Great location (close to Hanoi main spots, especially opposite the bus stop for Bus to the airport), helpful staff, cleanliness.

Nothing Room 102 If you book this hotel make sure you are not in this room as my friend had luck with her room on the 5th floor. In 102 there is no window, the shower is broken, the pipe in the sink is broken, the water flows like a waterfall. The administrator was snoring and coughing all night. Nightmare. Breakfast is very bad, better to eat outside. There are many cafes near the hotel with good coffee and pastries.

Location and staff were excellent. Though we were on the first floor, outside noise didn’t bother us and we slept soundly.

Breakfast area - the sitting area was small and menu was limited but enough that we found something, my 10 year old had eggs that were ready made by a wonderfully friendly cook. There was toast and coffee, pho, made to order eggs, salad and water/ watermelon juice. Staff - very kind and willing to help. The cleaners and cook were nice as well. Room - large and spacious with 2 double beds. The mattresses were foamy and hard to sleep- some may like this type though. We had a balcony with 2 little chairs and plants to make it more pleasant. It was tidied when asked with clean sheets and towels. Area- we were there for New Years and it was a perfect location to get downtown and back with ease. Wifi & TV - there was basis cable and there were a few English programs available. Internet was solid as well. The bathroom was basis. The shower head and toilet could use an update but it was all in working order. The refrigerator was not turned on but the staff offered to keep food and drinks the kitchen upstairs. Noise from the bus stop across the street and the traffic was bothersome from around 6-10 pm.

Staff were very friendly, very helpful, especially Lily she helped me book 2 excursions which were very very good and good value There was nothing I did not like about the property. I like my stay there.

The property is beside the no 86 bus to airport and is in walking distance to all the attractions in the old town .The front line receptionist Lily,Lien and Kelvin who spoke great english were brilliant. Lily organised trips to Ha.long Bay and Ning Bing for me .The room was lovely and a special thank you to the chef who came in early to cook breakfast which was lovely when leaving early on day trips .Thank you also to the cleaning staff who made the room so clean . I did not like the fact that I had to leave the hotel and continue on my travels

Great location, super comfortable beds, extremely helpful staff, 24 h service. This is a rather simple hotel, don’t expect luxury.
