The staff here are attentive, kind, and welcoming. The hotel was in a great area with a lot to see nearby.

friendly cockroach in the elevator we got told breakfast finish at 9:30, wego down at 9 and she tells us its over- bugs in the sugar, and only a few pieces of fruit left

The location of this hotel is great, however - i’m pretty certain you can find a better hotel for cheaper or similar price around old quarter. We had the front desk agent knocking on our door at 23h to give water … it was slightly disturbing. The shower could have been cleaner and the water pressure is bad. The balcony is a nice addition but the road is so noisy, you want to keep the door closed. The AC worked poorly, room got hot rapidly. There is a mini fridge in the room with some random drinks - but no menu or price list - so be aware that if you take something from that fridge you will be over charged for it.

I was way worse than we expected. Smelled moldy in the hallways. State of unit is very run down, mold around the sink and very out dated. Overpriced for quality of room

Avoid at all costs. We had booked two nights here,months in advance, via booking and what we arrived to was mildewed aircon, a stinky unclean bathroom with roaches and a used condom in one of the closests. An absolute nightmare. We didn't even stay the night. The only reason why I put two stars in service is because we managed to get a full refund from the staff.

The location is within the city . The room is big and bed is comfortable to rest. Breakfast is simple

The rooms we booked are 2 types, room with couple bed is so nice and has balcony. The other rooms are family rooms, the room in front of building also has the balcony but the room and the back side we got hasn't but so spacious. The hotel has elevator for 7 floors. The location is close by the old town quarter where you can walk around and shopping, eating and drinking. Staff are so nice. Breakfast is ok but not many choices. The restroom door in the family room/back side of building is broken but we're ok for that. The aircon so loud when working but we're also ok, haha.

Location is good I do not suggest book the room without the window because its TOO SMALL and ac is not working thought during our stay April 9 to 11 the weather is nice so no issue for us

We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff were exceptional - so helpful and friendly. We didn’t get their names but there was a guy on reception and a lady at breakfast who were so kind to us. Great location too! :)
