Sunline Hotel

The property was a hidden gem. Wow. Me and my son got lucky. The location is extremely convenient to the main streets. Within walking distance to train street and restaurants. We were very fortunate. Once I checked in Hani made us feel welcomed and quickly secured our trips to Ha long Bay and Sapa to include a sleeper bus. This was a vacation of a lifetime and Hani and the staff made this all possible. Thank you Sunline Central Hotel staff. Great job. Maybe that there was no swimming Poole and gym. But other than that it was great.

We loved everything! The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There was nothing we didn't like.

Wonderful location a great little corner of Ha Noi. Staff very helpful and communicated well. Rooms are good size, bed comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunline Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the Old Quarter while being situated in a quiet area, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. It also offers convenient access to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and local sights. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, I had a great stay at Sunline Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Hanoi.

The hotel is very central and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with both western and vietnamese options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay in the old quarter. Good value for money. Also great roof top terrace and bar, which gets a good breeze in the evening (You need it in Hanoi!). We had an issue with air conditioning on our last night in the room, which made it impossible to sleep (Hanoi is very hot and humid). I wouldn't let this put you off but would recommend you get instructions on what temperature to keep the unit at when checking in. Apparently we turned it down too low which overloaded the system. The hotel gave us a gift of coffee to apologise when checking out, which we appreciated. We would stay in the hotel again. Nothing, great hotel.

Lovely warm welcome by the team, who were attentive throughout my stay. Comfortable room with fantastic view (also from the rooftop!). Quiet and comfortable, great wifi and convenient location. Also organised airport pick up through the hotel, which was very smooth. Nothing not to like. My only small issue (which won't be an issue for many!) was that my room didn't have a good desk or chair to work from, but my fault for not checking before (there was a lovely arm chair and a small desk, but they don't work well together).

Loved, LOVED my stay at Sunline! It was a great location - close to everything, but not on a super busy street. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and the absolutely loveliest staff! I don't think I could bring myself to stay anywhere else if I came back to Ha Noi.

Awesome location, tucked in one street away from the hustle and bustle. Far enough to get quiet, close enough for a quick hop to Old Quarter’s most famous bits. Really the only drawback is the lack of the usual hotel gym and pool, but then again almost all similar hotels in the area are missing those as well. One elevator but only a couple rooms per floor so traffic isn’t too bad.

The location is great for walking to everything. Breakfast is delicious, a buffet with personally made eggs, and all kinds of fruit. Comfortable room and nice rooftop bar with a daily happy hour. Staff was great letting us leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours. No complaints, everything was great.

Everything was wonderful, but what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Great location. The entire staff was friendly, very polite and always helpful! Good breakfast and roomy bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. For me, the pillows were over-stuffed. Wish there was a variety to choose from. The beds themselves were really comfortable

Location was great, room was very nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was varied and excellent. All good, no complaints.

The staff in the hotel were all very nice - especially the ladies and gentleman at the front desk were always ready with a smile to answer questions and help with advice. Breakfast was a nice selection of Asian and Western style items - the hot dishes were different from day to day. The hotel was clean in all public areas and the daily housekeeping was thorough! Overall a very pleasant stay and worthy of a high recommendation.
