Good Location and very friendly and efficient staff. I can only speak for the state of my room as did not check any other parts of the hotel. My room was riddled with a very bad case of dampness. Some of the walls had areas covered with mould and patches of its plaster/wall paper were badly damaged as a result of the dampness. There was a dehumidifier in the room and during my 24hrs stay I had to empty it twice. The odour created as a consequence of this problem was quite intense and made worse by the fact that the only window in the room could not be opened. The cleanliness in general was poor. Taps in the bathroom were heavily covered with limescale, there was human hair left on the bed linen and the floor of the room, the door of the fridge was covered in staines and plenty of dust was still present in areas of the room on arrival.

The staff are very friendly and communicate well. The location of the hotel is very good. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area.

Good location walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Good breakfast in basement with very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast area below road level was open to street access so traffic noise for breakfast. Good breakfast though.

Friendly staff, great air on, large rooms, terrific shower, 2 large double beds, complimentary upgrade to penthouse was excellent. Location very close to old quarter. Hard bed, enormous pillow.

First of all the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than the check in and we waited just a little bit before we were able to check in. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very walkable to all the things we wanted to do.
