Good place to stay

Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was clean, good AC, comfy bed, overall really nice stay :)

Great location, streets were not as busy yet still accessible to convenience stores, spas and restaurants Staff were very accommodating and friendly They gave me a room upgrade at no additional cost Staff were also considerate. Had to extend a day due to the airline cancelling my flight, they happily arranged a room for me. A few issues I had during my stay: - pounding noise coming from upstairs; they moved me to another room. - AC was dripping. They fixed it right away, upon complaint. - found a dead cockroach in the cabinet ? staff explained though that they just sprayed insect repellant. That’s why dead insects were showing up but they came in right away and cleaned it.

I loved everything about Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and our favorite coffee shop and bánh mì spot, with convenience stores and ATMs nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the food tasted incredibly authentic. What I loved most, though, was the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Whether it’s bringing you ice for your drinks, recommending great local restaurants, or simply checking in to see how you’re doing and how they can help, their hospitality is exceptional. Special thanks to Rosie and Jasmine, two incredibly charming and helpful ladies who made our stay even more memorable. My husband and I will definitely be back, and we’ll always book Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel whenever we visit North Vietnam.

Fantastic hotel, right on the edge of Old Quarter. Perfect to walk everywhere. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and colourful. Staff are amazing! So helpful, and a pleasure to talk with and to greet every day. Lots of hotels in Hanoi…this is a very good one.

Rosie and Jasmine are definitely one of the main reasons we loved our trip and Hanoi. Their hospitality, kindness, and the readiness to help before, during, and post trip is something we never saw before. I know we're one more guest, but they made us feel special. I recommend the hotel specially because of them. Aside of it, the room is exactly what's is shown on the pictures and the location is amazing. There are markets, cafes, restaurants, and exchange stores less than 3 minutes by walk.

We love everything about this property! Breakfast food can be improved though, i ordered Pho which is good , the Western food needs improvement. Everything else is perfect! I SUPER LOVED the service!!! They even helped me with my transportation arrangements in our whole stay!

I travel to Hanoi almost every year, and this was my first time staying at Eliana Signature Hotel. We stayed in a spacious Family Room, which was very comfortable and well-suited for our needs. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake. When we noticed that the refrigerator was not working properly, the staff were attentive and did their best to assist us. They were also helpful in arranging airport transfers, which made our stay more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning in the future. The breakfast, however, could still be improved to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

Excellent staff always available to help or guide. Location. Value for money. We were celebrating our babymoon and staff showed care by decorating the room and providing complimentary fruits. 1. It was difficult to open the room doors. The locks were old and not working properly. 2. There was a cockroach in the staircase and a few flies in the room. Cleanliness can be slightly better.
