Here's a polished version of your hotel review: We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—it's near the bus pickup point for Sapa (HK Busline is just across the street) and close to a VPBank ATM, although we were unlucky a few times because it had no available currency. ? >There are plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and cafés to explore. It's within walking distance of Cafe Giang and Hanoi Coffee Culture, both of which serve amazing egg coffee. There's also a delicious bun cha restaurant just around the corner. ❤️❤️❤️ The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and spoke excellent English. Special thanks to Jessica for making our stay even more enjoyable! ?❤️ Breakfast was another highlight. I loved that they served pho in the morning, and the fresh fruits—especially the dragon fruit—were delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and great breakfast. ?? What we didn't like was our second stay at the hotel after returning from Sapa before our flight back to Manila. We arrived around 3:00 PM and were assigned a room on a lower floor, as requested, since during our first stay we were on the 6th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It was not cold enough to cool the room despite the hot Hanoi weather. We informed the receptionist, and she said it would be checked while we were out. When we returned around 10:00 PM, we were told the issue had been fixed, but the AC was still not working correctly and kept turning off. The staff tried their best to help and continued checking the unit until around midnight, but the problem was never resolved. They provided us with two fans as a temporary solution, although one of them was not functioning properly. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Another issue was the bed. It was advertised as a king-size bed, but it appeared to be two single beds pushed together. The gap and unevenness in the middle made it uncomfortable, especially for the person sleeping in the center, who would naturally end up shifting dto one side for better support and comfort. While we appreciate the staff's efforts and willingness to assist, the unresolved air conditioning issue and uncomfortable bed setup significantly affected our comfort during our second stay.

Mid-level comfort, cleanliness, overall ok. Works to stay in the old city to catch a tour. It was not that comfortable, nor clean, and the staff seemed to not know the facilities at all and had to call the manager to turn off the ventilation in the bathroom which was super loud.

The location was great, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms with a very nice decoration, and good breakfast. The staff arranged the transportation to the airport for us. The taxi dropped us at the wrong terminal, so we had to deal with another taxi at the airport, which driver scammed us when took us to the right one, so our ride to the airport ended to be very expensive. Next time I will just get a Grab. Also, my room was supposed to have a view, but they never mention a shady, chaotic, interior view.
