Great location close to everything and great rooftop bar Over priced beer at western prices up at rooftop bar when you could sit across the road for $1 beer instead of being charged $8 that’s the bad and everything else wasn’t a problem

Location is great, just a few steps away from the lake, old town and the French quarter. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large selection of options and everything I tried was delicious. I booked a deluxe window room and unfortunately my window was 30 cm away from a wall or another building. So I didn’t get to see any sunlight in the room.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Beginning for Ms Rachel Although the rooms are spacious, the furnishings are very old and dated. They really should improve this, as it makes the hotel look very old and creates an unpleasant atmosphere for guests. If they were to upgrade the furniture, they would attract more customers who would choose to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable and spacious room! The complimentary breakfast was great! Also a cafe in front of the hotel had great egg coffee and great view of the street. Walking distance to the lake and French quarter.

Amazing location in Hanoi!!! Central to everything in the old quarter. Avoid paying for breakfast here and go out into the city for it! We did breakfast included but didn’t eat here once. Also, the hotel said they’d arrange my transport to my stay in Cat Ba, but when I checked in they said that they were unable to assist me. This left my scrambling the night before our ride to Cat Ba to get a limo or car service.

Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast spread with something for everyone, and comfy beds. It was all great! Maybe a window would be nice but it is down town.

This is my second stay at the Pearl and that alone speaks volumes. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I give special mention to Dominic Nguyen, Patrick, and Jay who, through individual efforts, made our stay special. The hotel is centerally located, the bed comfortable, and breakfasts yummy. The Sky Bar served ice cold draft beer. Thoroughly recommend this establishment to any visitor to Ha Noi. The only criticism was the laundry "pressing" service - almost non-existnet and very expensive. We always used external same-day laundry services. A minor criticism!

The location was perfect for walking about and for sightseeing. There were many options for sightseeing, shopping and eating. The staff at Hanoi Pearl Hotel were fantastic and very helpful. Special shout out to Dominic (Front Desk) and Harvey. Much appreciated to your help. The hotel was a little hard to find as the streets were closed for the weekend and people movement.

The location is in the heart of Old Quarter. The staff especially Louis, Rachel, and Dominic in the front office, all the bell attendants and restaurant staff were so helpful, accommodating, and kind. The beds are very comfortable. They were great about storing luggage as we used the hotel as a base for trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. They helped to coordinate transportation to and from the airport. There is convenient money exchange and laundry services on the same street. Restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bathtub/shower can be challenging for older persons or persons with limited mobility.

It couldn't have been in a better located for why we came to Hanoi. The staff was fantastic! No complaints

Listen with beautiful, comfortable hotel, and a Prime, perfect location. The staff are wonderful, and could not be better. They were polite, helped with complicated baggage situations and were super friendly. The breakfast was abundant. The rooms were huge and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing

Breakfast is okay and the location was good near the lake but i was expecting it was in the middle of Old Quarters and a busy street and plenty of stores nearby like our hotel before but hotel is near the lake and nice view for strolling early morning. Could have been better if my kids experience the crowded old quarters ☺️but since it's new year i guess it's okay then.

Very central location in old quarter. Just note - it is often closed off for car traffic Pay close attention to the room you book. We started in a double room with no view. From other bookings no view has been fine. In this case the room had a window but it faced a wall. It was clear no view just didn’t understand until we got there what that meant. We ended up upgrading to the nicest room at the hotel. Boy was there a distinct difference. Gorgeous room. Breakfast was good for all. Staff extremely accommodating and helpful.
