Win far exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the family room and it was huge. We had a balcony which had a beautiful view of the lane. Win is located in a quieter laneway and is a 1 minute walk down to Hoan Kiem Lake. Location was perfect! Our host, Quang, was awesome! He was so helpful, even helped take our bags to our transport on departure which, due to road closures (following New Years Eve) was a short walk from his hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended! Next time we are in Hanoi, we will be staying at Win! Thank you Quang for your friendliness and hospitality. That we didn't stay longer!

Quiet Neighborhood. Very close to lake center. Property with functioning Elevator. Very Clean room. The room and bathroom room are spacious. Nice balcony. Great staff btw. They are helpful, friendly and accommodating. Flowing Free fruits! ?? Good taste of coffee and tea ☕️? None

The location was very central. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They had Netflix on the TV and the AC and dehumidifier were great at keeping the room cool. The beds were comfy and the room was very nice and quiet considering how central it was. The safe wasn’t cleared out before we got into the room. The staff addressed this immediately and cleared the safe and wiped the inside. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. They are currently going through an uplift so the elevator is slow and the stairs are tight.

Accommodating staff The hotel looks old, very different from the pictures, aircon is very ancient, it was not working when we checked-in, they send housekeeping to fix it but did not do anything, tried sending maintenance guy, he was able to fix it but the aircon can’t cool down the room. We used the fan instead. Their bathroom is old and dirty too.

The location is perfect by the lake, walkable to most key sites in the city. The hotel is a little tired but the friendly staff and perfect location more than made up for it.

Staff very friendly and helpfull especially ms. Flora, you can ask everything to her. Room clean and big ( we book room for 4 people ), hotel laundry not to expensive if you compare with outside laundry.. We will come back to this hotel if we go to Hanoi again

This hotel is very affordable, the location is really good because it is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and night markets. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. There is no breakfast option but there are many shops nearby where you can buy affordable food. This place is highly recommended for travelers who want a hotel that offers great value for money. We stayed for 4 nights so the complimentary toiletries were not enough for 2 people sharing the room.
