La Beaute De Hanoi Hotel

Location of hotel in Hanoi Old Town. Staff was very good, especially Ms. My Lee, the customer relation manager. She was very caring, attentive, & had excellent manner. I had stayed here a few times before & she was the reason why I would like to come back to this hotel. Others such as Ms. Quỳnh, front desk receptionist, was very helpful & caring too. The hotel was old & needs lots of renovations. I stayed at thr executive room in the 7th floor, which was supposed to be the best room of hotel. However, A/c system was not consistent. There were times the room was very cold, but at night it was hot no matter how much temperature I set up. Or the hand-held shower was rusty (could be replaced easily). I had a hard time trying to get the desirable temperature of water (water was either too cold or too hot to the point that I was afraid I might be burnt!

Bed was a bit too firm for us.

location is excellent unfortunately during our stay there last week there is on going building construction across the hotel

Location is best, right in the Old Town, surrounded by many popular eateries. Manager is b Location! Right at the center of Old Town, close to many eateries. Manager has been very helpful & nice.

Beds were comfortable. A/c was quiet & efficient. Have phone plugs next to beds & on the table. Things are simple, nothing luxurious but designed for comfort. Price is affordable. Very good location. The A/C controller knob is far from bed. I had to get off bed to turn temperature up or down. I also had to turn on the lights to read the arrows up & down!

Centrally located in a side alley a few minutes from the lake, absolutely soundproof. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommended. Breakfast sufficient, Asian/European, but more choice of fruits would be nice.

Great Location. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They assisted with booking transport and recommended some really excellent day trips. They were really good and quick to respond to any inquiries.

The property was located perfectly in the old quarter and was an excellent launching pad for our daily adventures. The staff were all amazing and in particular My Lee who was exceptional and managed to help us secure ongoing flights to central Vietnam. Her help and kindness alone makes this the best place to stay.

Since it's in the old city, the rooms are small. The bathrooms and showers had weaker water pressure and could use some updating. The furniture and walls are a bit beat up but clean and overall a good value for the area.

Was clean and in the heart of the Old Quarter. Close to safe atm and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Valuable safe was available but not screwed down. Taps dripped, hotel entrance was down an alley that a car could not access. Bed was hard

Great Stay in the Heart of Hanoi I had a fantastic stay at La Beauté De Hanoi. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant streets, markets, and landmarks. Despite being so central, it’s tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also great, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was in a great location right in the Old Quarter. The breakfast is included in the price and delicious, with a lot of choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The staff is incredibly helpful, organised our trip to Ha Long Bay and went above and beyond in general! Thank you My Lee ? Nothing

Lucas is really helpful and friendly. Room is very clean and spacious. Located in the middle of everything. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

Location and staff The room needed a few things to be attended to with the bedding and breakfast. Property promptly fixed these issues and wanted feedback to keep improving the hotel

location was excellent in the old quarter, so convenient for a tourist. Great noise insulation, very comfy rooms, terrific breakfast and wonderful staff who are super helpful Little issue with room cleaning but resolved when brought to the staff’s attention

Amazing customer service! The best that I had in Vietnam! The staff were always willing to assist me and really attentive, friendly and professional. When I come back to Hanoi, La Beaute de Hanoi will be for sure my go to place to stay. Breakfast is great! Lots of seasonal fruits and different options, including vegetarian ones. The room is really comfortable and clean. I totally recommend that place if you are looking for a great cost benefit accommodation right in the Old Quarter, but in a calm alley. I don't have any complaints.
